before sending it in. If the problem turns out not to be
a faulty mower, or the problem was something that was user
serviceable, shipping costs may not be covered.
If you are already sure that you Robomower
needs repair, you can purchase a box online if you do not
have your original box. Original Friendly Robotics boxes
fall below UPS surcharge size limits (plain brown over-box
must be removed if present). You can also use your own packaging.
