| The LB300EL is capable of maintaining properties of up to 2 acres with a lawn area of nearly 65,000 sq ft. A navigation feature called "Cube" is available for properties with sloped terrain. This keeps the mower traveling in a straight line on slopes and helps to ensure full coverage of the property. An optional SMS feature will make the robot capable of texting messages to you phone with status or errors.
Just like all of the other models, the included docking station allows the mower top operate on a schedule and will automatically deploy at the time of day that you desire and automatically return to its dock to recharge or at the end of it scheduled mowing time. It can be programmed to travel its perimeter wire to automatically start mowing in separate areas (zones). If it rains, a built in rain sensor will tell the mower to return to its dock and await dry conditions. A long life Lithium Ion battery powers the unit and provides plenty of power. An optional ios/android app will allow you to direct the mower for spot clean ups or manual relocation to another area. Its small size allows it to maintain tight areas and will also climb grades up to 25 degrees*. The noise levels are very low and a comparable to that of a dishwasher at (65-75) decibels). * If you can safely operate a push mower in an area, the LB300EL should handle it just fine.
*Please note that a relatively flat "run-out" area is required at the bottom of any steep grade where a perimeter wire is located.
